Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://chibondoacademy.com and https://private.chibondoacademy.com (together, the "platform") operated by Chibondo Academy. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Accounts are for the registered user only; sharing accounts may result in suspension.

Access to course content and private tutoring is provided on a paid basis as shown on the subscription and tutoring pages. Fees are billed in Malawi Kwacha through our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Tutoring sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refundable.

You may not: share your login or downloaded lesson materials outside the platform; record, redistribute or resell our lessons, past papers or tutoring sessions; use the platform to harass other users or staff; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

All lessons, quizzes, past papers, videos and materials on the platform are owned by Chibondo Academy and protected by copyright. You may use them only for your own study while you have an active account.

We work hard to keep the platform available, but we may occasionally need maintenance windows or to change features. If we make a change that materially reduces a service you have paid for, we will offer a pro-rata remedy.

To the extent permitted by Malawian law, Chibondo Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
